Christian White is a licensed insurance agent with over five years of experience and currently serves as Vice President and Co-Owner of Diligent Advisors, a health insurance agency based in Dallas, Texas, which he operates alongside his father, Dan White. Since joining the agency, Christian has contributed to the firm’s growth through agent recruitment, strategic provider and carrier partnerships, and his expert knowledge of Medicare and individual health insurance markets.

His background in marketing, social media, paid media, and event execution has supported Diligent Advisors in building brand awareness and hosting community-facing education and enrollment events nationwide, increasing the firm’s presence and customer reach across multiple states.

Christian is originally from Rochester, New York. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University, where he was a member of the men's basketball team and played in the 2016 Final Four. He later earned his master’s degree in Computer Science from Pace University before transitioning into the insurance industry.

He currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife.

Jon is an Independent Health Insurance Agent with Diligent Advisors, specializing in Medicare solutions. A Rochester native, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Communications from SUNY Oswego and discovered his passion for helping people improve their lives.

After graduating, Jon began a career in the Financial Services Industry, later moving to Boston to advance his career. After several years, he returned to Rochester to be closer to family and spent nearly 20 years running his own successful recruiting firm. While helping individuals advance their careers, he noticed that many retirees struggled to understand their Medicare options. Recognizing a need for greater education in this area, Jon shifted his focus to Medicare to help people make informed decisions about their health coverage.

Today, Jon holds a Life and Health Insurance license, is AHIP-certified (America’s Health Insurance Plans), and is registered with multiple insurance carriers. This allows him to provide clients with personalized comparisons of Medicare plans to find the best fit for their needs.
